Eligibility for NEET-UG All India Quota Seats

PAYMENT OF FEE (OFFLINE PA YMENT THROUGH CHALLAN):
For applying to the aforesaid post, candidates are advised to remit the requisite fee inPunjab National Bank at any Branch. For remittance of fee, candidates have to generate the prescribed challan from ESIC website. The Account number in which the amount of fee is to be deposited is available on challan. The candidates have to fill in the challan and deposit the amount of fee in the bank. One copy of challan duly signed and stamped along with deposit scroll/journal number should be collected from the bank for filling up necessary details in the application form. The challan received from the bank will have to be sent along with the hard copy of the application form and relevant documents for the post.

Online registration began from November 27, 2012 and will close on December 17, 2012.
After successful submission of the online application form, the system will generate a completed Online Application Form with unique Registration No. and Password, which candidates are required to print out and keep with them for the further process.
Candidates can pay the application fees of Rs 225 / Rs 125, through Challan, in any branch of Punjab National Bank, in the Account No. mentioned on the Challan.
After paying the fee through Challan, the bank will generate a complete Challan with unique Deposit Scroll / Journal Number, which candidates are required to send along with the printed online application form for the further process.
Printed Online Application Form, along with recent passport-size photograph, ESIC Challan Copy, and attested (by Gazetted Officer) photocopies of all certificates, should be submitted to The Medical Superintendent, ESIC Model Hospital, Lane No. 2, SIDCO Industrial Complex, Bari Brahmana, Jammu (Jammu & Kashmir) – 181133, by registered / speed post before December 24, 2012 till 04.00 pm.

  • Put your signature (area of 50mm width X 12mm height) neatly on a plane white paper with a Black pen. Scan the signature area only (not the whole A4 size paper) and save in the computer as .jpg file at an appropriate place.
  • Follow ‘Step A’ and ‘Step B’ as explained under “Important instructions for Applicants filling GPAT -2012 Examination ONLINE”.
    • Enter into the system as “New User” (Step A)
    • Fill all the details of the Application Form (Step B) and generate a bank challan.
  • Follow ‘Step C’for printing of Bank challan and making payment in any branch of Bank of Baroda
    • Print copy of Bank challan.
    • Carry the bank challan to the bank and make necessary payment to the cashier.
    • Ask the cashier to fill ‘SOL ID’ and ‘Transaction ID’ in all the three copies of the bank challan.
    • Collect ‘GPAT Copy’ and ‘Candidates Copy’ of the bank challan from the cashier.
  • Fill bank details in the Application Form (Step D)
    • Enter into the system by ‘login’ (Step A) and filling ‘User Id’ and ‘Password’.
    • A new page will appear. Click “Update bank details/upload photograph and signature”.
    • A page showing the previously filled Application form will appear.
    • Upload scanned Photograph (from the site where you have saved the soft copy in .jpg format).
    • Upload scanned signature (from the site where you have saved the soft copy in .jpg format).
    • Fill ‘SOL ID’ and ‘Transaction ID’ at appropriate place in the form
    • Click Save to get “Download Application (pdf)” button
    • Click ‘Ok’ followed by “Download application (pdf)”. The ‘Application form’ and ‘Address Slip’ will appear on the screen. Take a print out of both (Step E).
  • Completing Application form and sending to ‘GPAT Office’ (Step F)
    • Put neatly your signature in the space provided under the “Undertaking” with a ‘Black pen’ without touching the text part.
    • Paste the “Address slip” on a A4 size envelop.
    • Stuff the ‘Signed Application form’, ‘GPAT copy’ of the bank challan and the passport size photograph in the A4 size envelope without folding any of the items.
    • Check the “Check list” as given under “Important instructions for Applicants filling GPAT -2012 Examination ONLINE”.
    • Dispatch the sealed A4 size envelope on the given address.

Special Class Railway Apprentices’ Examination (SCRA), 2013

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will hold the Special Class Railway Apprentices’ Examination (SCRA), 2013 on 20/01/2013 for recruitment to the Special Class Apprentices in the Mechanical Department of Indian Railways.

Eligibility:
  • Age : Not less than 17 years and not more than 21 years as on 1/1/2013. The upper age is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC and certain other categories of candidates to the extent specified in the Notice.
  • CANDIDATES TO ENSURE THEIR ELIGIBILITY FOR THE EXAMINATION:
    The Candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility conditions for admission to the examination. Their admission at all the stages of the examination will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions.
    Mere issue of admission certificate to the candidate will not imply that his/her candidature has been finally cleared by the Commission.
    Verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents is taken up only
    after the candidate has qualified for Interview/Personality Test
  • Educational Qualification: Must have passes in the first or second division, The intermediate or an equivalent examination (10+2) of a University /Board approved by the Government of India with Mathematics and at least one of the subjects Physics and Chemistry as subjects of the examination.
  • Physical Standards: Candidates must be physically fit according to the Regulations given in notice.

1. Log on to our Bank’s website www.lvbank.com and click “careers” column
(available at the top of the bank’s website), then the career page will open.
2. You have to pay `.300/- (Rupees Three hundred only) by means of a
Demand Draft from any Bank, favouring “The Lakshmi Vilas Bank Ltd”
payable at Chennai being the examination fees (Keep the Demand Draft
before logging in to and starting applying online and Demand Draft should
reach on or before 23/10/2012 at Karur). After successful registration of
online application, take a print out of the registration slip, enclose
the Demand Draft / affix the Passport size photograph and send the
same to

Downloading of Call Letters: All eligible validated candidates who had remitted
examination fees and Demand Draft received by the Bank shall download their call
letter and Information Handout from the LVB’s website www.lvbank.com by
entering his / her details registration Number and Password, after 03.11.2012. No
